I absolutely love The Vendor Guide! It has been very helpful whenever I have needed a vendor. For example, our property is going through a complete rehab right now; and because of The Vendor Guide, I was able to contact every kind of vendor I needed.

I use The Vendor Guide all the time, which makes finding reliable vendors easy. Anything that helps save time and allows me to focus more on my residents is worth its weight in gold. Another part of your publication that I love is the “I Have A Complex” stories. I love reading them; and when I found out that you had published a book full of such stories, I knew that I needed to get my hands on it.

Every time I need help with a project on my property, I turn to The Vendor Guide in order to find a vendor. I just wanted to let you know that The Vendor Guide has been such a big help. It makes finding a vendor super easy, especially when I’m in a rush and need someone right then.

I have been in the multi-family industry for a number of years; and I learned early on that if I need any kind of vendor, I could find them in The Vendor Guide. I know that the companies that advertise in your publication are credible and reliable. I feel safe in trusting them with the big projects on our property. In fact, when my property needed a painter, I reached for The Vendor Guide and found Gomez Painting. They are actually doing all of our exterior painting right now!

Everyone at The Vendor Guide is so helpful and your Bid-Quest feature is such a time saver when I am required to secure multiple bids on a capital improvement project. It is really going to be a big help to me when I have to get my budget information together this year!
